Rucksack Atlas

The atlas (also known as ikat or adras) is
a unique weaving technique that has been used by
traditional craftsmen in Central Asia for more than 1,000 years . Inspired
by the shapes of flowers, leaves and fruits, artists create the
distinctive ikat patterns. During the weaving process, each
warp thread is individually knotted and dyed before weaving, depending on the pattern.
This makes the process time consuming.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass wie bei jedem anderen Handwerk jedes einzelne Stück
ein Unikat ist und nicht genau wie jenes auf dem Foto aussieht.
Aufgrund des Herstellungsprozesses kann es zu kleinen Abweichungen im
Muster kommen, die Ihre Produkte einzigartig machen.
